Let me just say, I loved this Taco Bell. My boyfriend and I eat here quite a bit and I’ve never had too many issues with them messing up orders but today I ordered a Crunchwrap and a 7 layer burrito fresco style. Once we got home, about 15 minutes later, I started eating and realized that there was cheese in the Crunchwrap. I realize that could’ve been an honest mistake and I wasn’t mad but then, I decided to open the burrito before eating it and it was full of sour cream. I can’t have dairy and i just wanted to call the manager to ask for the refund for the parts of my order that I couldn’t eat. I tired and no one picked up for like 10 minutes. This place is too far of a drive to go back for $6 but I’m just disappointed. I guess if things like that matter to you, you gotta always make sure everything is right before leaving.
